Week 46

Family Pics

It's never fun to have this done, but I love to see the finished product.  I think we clean up pretty good.  Thanks to Becky!  I appreciate her going out in the cold to get this done.  I'm glad my family braved the cold, too!

How lucky I am to have such a great family.  I love them with all my heart.  They make my life full.  I thank God everyday that He gave them to me.  I can't imagine life without them.  I am blessed to have such a loving husband that takes wonderful care of us.

My little boy that is now a young man.  He's growing up way too fast!

My baby - full of life and spirit and growing in to a beautiful young lady!

Week 45

October ended in excitement for Brenna.  She lost her first tooth.  She wasns't sure about pulling it.  Ashley tried.  I tried.  Bryce tried.  Bryce told her if it bled that was okay.  I finally pulled it out.  She did great.  Brenna really didn't even cry.  She was sooo excited for the tooth fairy, and then a little frustrated because she thought she would get more dollars.  It was only a dollar and 3 cents.  It was $1.75.  I thought the tooth fairy was generous!

Halloween 2012

Brenna was a pink crayon.  Bryce was a ninja.  Mia was a princess.  They had fun.  Bryce went with Tanner and Jill.  He loves to go with them.  He came home with about 4 lbs of candy!  Yikes!  Brenna handed out candy with Aunt Terri after trick or treating.  She loves it as much if not more than getting the candy!

The pink crayon that wanted to take off her hat and go as a broken crayon!  Love her!

Week 44

A day at the pumpkin patch!

Brenna tried to climb, but she is my daughter in the area of heights.  She got a tad bit scared!

Loved the jumping pillow

Bryce loved it, too.  Jumping and blowing bubbles - it seems as if he is always blowing bubbles since he learned how

My kids can get along!

Week 43

Eaglethon

At Crestview, the kids run laps weekly in mileage club.  This helps them build up to the Eaglethon.  Kids run laps around the playground for 20 minutes.  Bryce loves it.  To be honest, Brenna wasn't too sure about it, but ended up enjoying it.  Bryce ran in the early morning.  He did great!  I love to watch him run.  He's not crazy about us running with him (we slow him down).  Brenna loved it when we ran with her.  Afterwards, kids with red faces let the volunteers count their laps, and the kids got a snack.

Red cheeked after running 20 minutes.  His sign telling how many laps he ran.  I think he ran 13 this year.

Brenna is reay to warm up.
She has red cheeks, but is thrilled that Ashley ran with her.

Brenna ran 9 laps.  Not too bad for someone who really wasn't ready to run.

Week 42

Ahhhh, October goes on!  By that, I mean it is flying by!  Character pumpkins, cheerleading, Eaglethon, Halloween and who knows what else!  It's a crazy life that I wouldn't change for anything.

Bryce and Blackbeard the Pumpkin Pirate

Bryce won most creative in the nonfiction category

He chose a big pumpkin!  It was heavy especially when I had to carry it into the school.

Brenna's got spirit!  How 'bout you?

Week 41

Tennis

We finished tennis this weekend.  It was great!  The kids had fun and both learned a bunch.

One of my favorite pictures of Brenna

Brenna was the Captain of the Pink Smash.  Her team won the tournament.  This is her first trophy!

Week 40

Everyday Life

Do you remember getting new shoes when you were a kid? Jumping higher and running faster was just a few dollars away. My kids still fill the same. They both got new shoes. The neon colors of the 80's are back!

My sweet little kindegartner!  She enjoys school and has done a pretty good job at getting up and getting ready in the mornings!  Some days are better than others.  But isn't that life!?!?

My fourth grader has a sense of style all his own.  Remember when we used to be embarrased if Dad wore black socks pulled up with his shorts.  Well, they're back!!!!!!  Except now they have strange colors on the back of the socks!  He loves them.  They are very tight and hard to get on. ( just a side note!)

Week 39

Taryn's Wedding

Brenna, Jillian and Jentry were flower girls' in Taryn's wedding. It was a pretty wedding and the girls did great. I love the pics that I'm about to post. Bryce wasn't in any of these. He just hung out with his cousins. He wouldn't even dance with me to "Amarillo By Morning". I don't know what he was thinking! Haha! I don't blame him. None of us can dance well, but it was fun.

The shoes - Love the cowboy boots!

Happy Girls - I hope they are always enjoy each other.  Such fun!

Week 37 - Week 38

Well, it happened!  I'm way behind.  Not only in blogging, but in taking pics.  September was hard.  It was busy.  Crazy!  So, I guess I'm just posting pics from the month in one week!

Brenna playing doubles. She is about to serve.  She was captain of her team - Pink Smash.

Brenna did great!  She improved a bunch.  She's not quite ready for Wimbledon, but she did awesome for a 5 year old.

Bryce playing singles in JTT.  He was the young one on his team.  He learned a lot!

I couldn't be prouder.  He always tries his best and never gives up.  He did awesome this season!

Bryce and Brenna - school picture day.  They each chose their clothes.
